Week 11 is our final, final, final chance to get the final, final, final feedbacks, and make the final, final, final changes.

We received a rich feedbacks, where valuable points were pointed out. We also showed our video to other students to get an understanding how other people see it.

Change Nr 1 Our first scene was made up as a drawing, and lacked the elements of collage, which is persistent through the whole of our animation. We re-created it by adding some real life elements.

Change nr 2

We received a feedback about the texture of Rubby. By painting him, we lost the details of scrambled paper and it felt like he was made from plasticine. It was a time-consuming change because we needed to re-make him and replace him in after effects. We also opposed this change for the long time because of its complexity, but this feedback was very valuable for us, because we, as a creators might consider thing as obvious when they're not.

Change Nr3

We have visualiaed the noise coming from the next room as a shape, however it was not clear that the noise it actually comes from the next room. We shifted the whole scene more to the right side and created another set of door in order to eliminate this problem.

Change nr 4

We have deleted the second scene of Pacman scene because it serves as joke and it is not suitable to repeat the joke twice.

Change nr 5

In the scene where Bob and Rubby enter the dark room, there was a problem with the transition between this and next scene. We were advised on zooming in more on the door, so it is more clear so it would not be even necessary to ad a black fade out as a transition, because it will turn black naturally by zooming on the door.

Change nr 6

Before, it wasn't clear that the room Rubby and Bob entered was dark. We added at light switch and animated Rubby to turn on the light, so it became obvious.
